A person named Michael Hicks from "Legal Mediation" called my mother and my home number talking about a "felony warrant charge" against my name and social security number. That he was "advising me of my rights" and that I had 10 days to return the call. I had someone run this same scam on me last month from a different number and state claiming that I wrote a bad check for a payday loan which I never took out or heard of. Be very careful it is income tax refund time and all they want is your money. DO NOT give any personal info. Scam call.

I'm concerned that they have my personal info too. You can put a fraud alert on your credit reports and you can order your report for free. Hope this helps.
