solicitor; some guy calls the job askig for an employee so i transfer him.  he then calls back saying she doesnt answer or have voicemail available.  so i says ooooooook, and he says what can we do about that? HUH!!!! CALL BACK IDIOT!  he goes on to say well we will find somebody to deal with her, whats that supposed to mean?
