Don't know what company this, but guy said I owed a debt to Allied Cash Advance online, problem is I don't remember and when I told the guy this, he threatened lawsuit.  I told I really don't remember this, and he proceeded to threaten. I told him send me a letter, he said it was illegal, called his bluff and said no it wasn't.  Told him sorry, my mother's on the other line and I hung up.  hasn't called be back since.
