Who called from 2819544688

Called my cell 1/30/17 @12:17 (lunch time ROBO call).  Didi not answer. No message.

on 1/30/2017 - received a call from an unknown number (do not answer numbers I do not know) but the message left was "can you hear me ok?" which I understand is a scam to get a "yes" reply which is attached to some type of contract that will be used to bill you for some type of service that you agreed to pay for.

Just received call from (281) 954-4688.  It was an automated message saying "Hi! This is Josh from customer service.  Can you hear me ok?"

No message

Called and left no message.
