My husband and I are on a fixed income so, since our auto insurance will expire next month, I am looking for a lower rate. Like everyone else, trying to save money.
I filled out a request and did not get it finished before the phone started ringing! It's ridiculous - especially when they say they respect your privacy and will e-mail rather than telephone!!! Obviously, it's a false statement!
