This guy called me and said i have a case filed against me.He said for me to call the mediation firm.he sounded very comical threathening me on the phone so i did not take him serious.I have gotten these kinds of calls before.Using scare tactics.

Received a call claiming they had a court summons for a person listed as a relative of mine. They didn't have the full name of the person. I suspected it might be an ex husband I divorced 32 years as I've received similar calls from collection agencies in the past claiming he was listed as a relative. When I asked the gentleman for his name, his company name and address so I could report this to the Attorney Generals office he became extremely angry and hung up the phone.
