It's spam. Got tons of calls from them. I called them back & they answer "energy efficiency hotline." I said please stop calling my number- she said have a nice day. We'll see if the calls stop.

Finally had to block this number as they wouldn't stop calling

Calls 3 times per day every 2-3 days. I never answer and they never leave a message.
