If the caller ID is the name of a city - the call is from a crook.
The only legal way to get a city name in the caller ID is to be a city.
A city is not going to call you.
Thus - all calls from a city are from a crook, because they have spoofed the caller ID.
That is not legal so they are crooks.
Don't answer any call from a crook.
