Ditto to BR - exact SAME thing. Hello, This is Cindy, from xxxx Can you hear me ok? And the numbers are spoofed. Like FedUp says - the same numbers with Cindy call me.
I got a call from them saying my warranty was about to expire and I needed to hear the options about renewing my warranty. I asked them what this warranty was over and they repeated the sales pitch again. It was a recording and when they asked again, I said no and then was hung up on.
'Hello, this is Tanya from the warranty department.. Can you hear me OK?" I've had these callers trying to get ahold of me from about 10 different numbers. So each time I hear that message, I immediately hang up and block the number. Except sometimes it will be a male robot voice. Lol
