These people called claiming to be ARO Collections attempting to contact me for the Ministry of Finance Ontario.  The refused to give me any information and attempted to get me to pay something with no information.  I firmly believe this is a scam.  I have not lived in Ontario for almost 9 years and they claimed the address was from a town I never lived in.
