Who called from 3010000000

I've been getting calls from a longer number than our 10 digit phone numbers in the U.S.  The number starts with 301.  It rings twice then hangs up.  Never a voice mail message.  I thought I blocked it on my cell, but i received a call the next night from the same number.  I answered it and they knew my name.  In a far off distance voice he asked "Is this........"  and he said my name.  I'm nervous that my identity will be stolen.  Any others have this same thing happen to them?

i hv got a cal frm +301 upto 3times.once i lft the cal no rply....i don't no wat's hapening...plss....hlp me.

Pls tell me whch country codes is this ....!!!!!

I have also gotten calls from this 301 and nothing else after it number. Who are they?
