called and left no message

called left no message, called back and was told the phone number is disconnected

Called twice on 3/23/16. I didn't answer and blocked the number. Most likely a scam as this prefix doesn't exist in MD.

This is not the only call I have received from a 301 are code with a fake prefix in the last few weeks.
