Sorry to reply to my own post, but the prefix or exchange of 146 is fake. The lowest one is 301-200. There are several sites where you can look up the area code/prefix combination- I used area-codes.com and allareacodes.com. They will be helpful especially when 800notes shows no reports for a number.
CID showed name unavailable, no message left. We have been getting a spate of these calls with the same area code and exchange with different numbers. No messages.
