This phone number came up and I answered the phone and could hear someone breathing on the other end, and really muffled background noise. No one ever talked so I hung up. Then I received another call immediately after I hung up. As I answered the phone another call came in. The one call I was on the same thing happened as the first call with only breathing on the line. I hung up and answered the 3rd call and finally someone spoke. He had a think accent and was breathing heavily into the phone. This is clearly a foreign call center of some kind, because I hung up on the gentleman and I received 3 blocked calls, and 2 more calls from this same number immediately after hanging up.
Asian man called asking for our IT Department. I told him our IT department does not accept outside calls. He said that's okay and call ended.....Annoying solicitors.
Man with accent called for two IT employees in order to "share a business document." That's soliciting in this company's book, so I transferred him to Purchasing. He'll probably return; maybe at some point, he'll get the message.
