I've got the same message(text), but from another number(+1-603-326-2362) and it says:
"(ALERT) Your TD Online Banking has been suspended. To unlock your account, click here http://tdcanadatrustloginpage.com/td/"
I did click on the link, not from my phone but from a computer which has some extra securities and protections. The site opens up to an unsecured, unencrypted simple webpage, but with a TD logo pasted in the middle of the page and the TD green (actually a lighter one) background to imitate the original TD site. Purely another scam by some low-life con artists.
Please never never click on this link from you phone if you use banking apps. It may install some key loggers and steal your info. Beware!
