DO NOT BUY ANY CALLING CARDS, GIVE ANY of your personal information, go to the bank to transfer any money.
Whenever a muffled voice, gruff voice, voice with an accent (West African or Indian, or other Asian accent) do not trust their voice. Tell them to mail a registered certified letter.
