Recorded call from the infamously corrupt company Direct Buy. A simple Google search will reveal their nefarious activities, including possibly funneling money to evil organisations overseas.
I'm a Physician, so I keep a very good call blocking software on my phone. I also have a Reverse look up so I can try to find out who is annoying me. My Reverse look up software just updated and is being a bit more helpful lately. When I ran this number it came up with (no joke)

I have no idea what kind of scam this is, and I caution any to return a call or answer the phone.
Just called my cell phone. I do not answer calls from unknown numbers, even if their local to my area. They left no message but must have more than one line they're calling from because this is the second unwanted call I have received from area code 301. Put it on my "do not answer list."
I noticed others have reported it as notification of winning a contest. I say you can't win a contest you've never entered!
