This company calls constantly on my cell phone with an annoying voice saying it is Rachel and need sto speak with me regarding my credit card account and that I must call them now to lower my interest rate. The recording saying press 1 to lower your interest rate now. An annoying guy name Mike picks up and when I told him to stop calling my cell phone he hung up.
