There is no 3 step interview process. A prospect is in the office, you sell them a pie-in-the-sky bill of goods, and they either sign the IBA (independent business application) right there, or they don't. The pressure is on to get a signature there & then, because because you know if they leave they are not coming back. Those are YOUR words, remember?
And the funny thing is, compliance prohibits you from using resumes on the internet for prospecting, and that is exactly what you do. What's funny is the number of people that eat that up and pretend to not know you are using internet resumes.
If you are contacted by PRIMERICA for an interview, or some vague affiliate of CITIGROUP for that matter, contact your local news agency and ask them if they would be willing to supply you with a mini-cam and a recording device in exchange for help to get a look at the inside. If not, carry your own recorder and put it on YouTube.
All of the other Primamerica MLMers now have to learn a new spiel. They can't hide behind CITI much longer, and they can't hide behind CITI's inclusion in the DJIA starting June 8th.
I wonder if they will get a piece of candy this Saturday if they know that CITI is being replaced on the DJIA by Travelers.
