The caller from this number wanted to know if I made a recent trip to fifth third bank, and whether I had an account with them. I said yes before realizing they could be scammers, then hung up. I don't want any more calls from them.
A call to the number yields an automated message saying it is "Convergence Customer Intelligence Services, a Unit of Convergence Global Consultants" contacting me to invite me to participate in a market research poll. They say they aren't trying to sell anything, just conduct market research.
Judging from the previous posts, this company is doing customer satisfaction research on behalf of Fifth Third Bank.
They've called me a few times before. Only after I recently went into 5/3 Bank to make a transaction. They want you to rate the customer service you recieved. I gave in once and did it, it took about 10 minutes.
Thanks Cortney...I received the same call this evening. I also bank with 5/3 and thought it was legit! I called the number on a secure line, and it was a recording stating they wanted to conduct a survey... Thanks for the info!
