it said Pentagroup, but I think it is Dell Financial. they have rotary dial and hang up. true harassment. never by a dell from the telephone. they are very deceptive. they make the sale, add things you don't want and they have told me they make nothing on their computers, their profit is finance charges and late fees, with no invoice breakdown. i answered and no one was there.
Have been getting numerous calls from this phone# eg. 9 times in 1 day, then 10 times another day and at various times throughout other days. They claim there's a private business matter between a person we've never heard of and a resident. Of course, they won't provide any information unless you're the person they have in their records. We asked that they take the # off their call list. Called back to confirm and another person who answered said our phone# was not coming up on their computer. Good...hopefully, that's the last of the harassing phone calls.
They keep calling my cell even though my greeting message is that my cell is for emergency out going calls only. Are they really so stupid they do not get this? I am checking with a lawyer to see about filing an harrasement law suit against them. I suggest everyone who gets calls from these inconsiderate stupid jerks do the same.
I too receive calls from numbers 301-223-0064 and 571-261-0052. Both are from Pentagroup - Dell Financial. I'm behind on payments and trying to work out a payment plan. However, this company will continue to call until a person pays up.
