Caller ID said Fed Ex but is was a woman telling me about lowering interest rates. A new spin on Rachel calling about last chance to lower interest rates.
Caller ID shows FedEx, however I called FedEx and they have no record of any FedEx deliveries to my home, nor do they recognize this as one of their numbers. They left no message and when I call the number there is a constant rapid busy signal. One of the times I called the number, it rang and rang for a long time, then the ring converted to the same rapid busy signal. This has to be a hoax but your guess is as good as mine!
You can't even go by caller ID anymore. They can lie and put caller ID to say whatever they want. Caller ID said FEDEX GROUND. I rarely pick up phone unless I recognize the number. In this case I had a package coming so thought it might be them saying they could not find the house. We live up in the mountains and our house is hard to find. When I picked up the phone it was a ROBO call starting in the middle of a sentence saying "there is not a problem with your credit card" and I hung up. I have got those calls before.....why would anyone trust a company that lies by saying they are FEDEX GROUND when they arn't! How stupid are these people? Before I could walk across the room another call comes in and this caller ID said Santa Ana Ca 714 571-6623 needless to say I didn't answer the call. Have to wonder if calls related.
