Who called from 3012315100

This number comes up on my phone quite a bit recently. I don't know who it is, but since I didn't call them, I don't want them calling me!

This number has called me numerous times in the last couple of weeks. I am never around when the calls happen so I can't tell them to stop calling me.  Plus they are calling my cell phone.

Called regarding home improvement saying they are working in the area. Unsolicited sales call even though we are on the do not call list.

Calls almost every day at various times; does not leave a message.

This person keeps calling about home improvement in the area.  My phone number is in the DO NOT CALL LIST but still calls me.  The company is See Thru Windows in Waldorf.  I need them to stop bugging.  How can I do that?  It is a SALES call!
