Got a call and they didn't leave a message, and i called back and a guy picked up saying they were from an insurance agency and they were trying to save me money on my car insurance.
Got a call yesterday asking for a man's name. I asked who they were and they just said they would call back later and he talked over me and immediately hung up on me as I was asking them who they were. Called today and they asked if this was the "same name" as the one they asked for yesterday. I said that I got a call, was hung up on and no this was not that person's number. She tried to say it was a computer that called which was B. S. because, although briefly, I did speak with a person. I told them this and there was no apology, just a promise to remove my number which could take up to 48 hours. They identified themselves as being "LCN" when I called, whatever the heck that is. If they call again I will report them to the proper authorities that regulate the phone systems. The FCC? Really ticked me off. Hell, they are calling ME, not the other way around. They seem to forget that. They are using up MY phone minutes with this crap.
