I got a threating email from this person, is this a scam

It would depend on what the email is about..  You can report them to the cyber criems division of the FBI and/or send it to the FTC spam crew.

Yes it is a scam

I received a threatening email fro them with an arrest warrent with my name on it. There should be something you could do about thease people.

I got this disturbing email and at the bottom was an attachment that said arrest warrant....
