Is this a robo call??

Calls several times a day. No message. Blocked but they still keep calling.

Its from Verizon

I receive this call 3 or 4 times a day

I really get tired of these calls.  They call everyday and never leave a message.  I don't answer.  I get so tired of having to check my phone out before I answer the calls.  Really sad that these calls can't be stopped.
