Human asked for me by name. Once I confirmed, human turned on an automated recording to solicit funds. I hung up before the recording ended. Within 2 minutes, a call came in from another number -- 949-245-0637. I was smart enough not to answer it this time since I didn't recognize the area code. I Googled the number and, sure enough, it was listed at 800Notes as an annoying caller.
Received a call today, June 11th 2015 at 2:30 PM and CID displayed "Unavailable 301-242-3035" and of course no VM was left. Since no VM was left, the call wasn't important to begin with. After looking this number up, it shows that it's coming from "Aspen Hill, Bethesda, Bowie" area of MD so I suspect it was another call from the F.O.P.'s soliciting donations, as a majority of their calls come from that particular area of MD
Another unwanted call from the F.O.P.'s on September 7th 2015 at 4:18 PM and CID displayed "Unavailable 301-242-3035" and of course no VM was left. I won't donate over the phone because you can't verify the identity of the individual who called you or the so called organization or company they claim to represent.
