Caller ID "CAPITOL CONSUME",  Calls day after day, never leaves a message.  One would think these idiots would get it and quit wasting their time and money.  We do not answer any call we do not recognize.

capital consumer wants to help lower credit card debt.told them we dont have credit cards and they hung up. sounds like a scam to me.

They changed the caller id to "Brandyvine MD" and called at 11:28am on a Monday - left no message.

Called, left no message.  I called number back.  Recording says number is not a working number.  Someone is spoofing with number.
