They are a fraudulent group of people. Don't give them any information. They are a company who steals information and attach 10 Year old fake cases of pay day loans to your phone number that isn't even yours. Hang up block no legal Court will ever prosecute you unless they have summons you by mail. Plus they have to send you documentation of the alleged loan.
I have gotten several calls from this phone number (and a few others I've blocked) about some "legal matter" involving me and someone I've never heard of. They have left several messages. I have tried calling back to tell them to back off, but I always end up at a voicemail box. I am certain they are scammers. The last voicemail I received mentioned that my social security number is involved, which really solidified my suspicion that this is a scam. It's annoying. I can't make out the name of the business she mentioned in the message because she cleverly mumbles through it, but it sounds something like "Garden and Swivey Restitution". She says it's regarding a legal matter that's been linked to my name and my social. I have now blocked 4 different numbers from them. They are relentless and I am annoyed.. Boooo these scammers!
