Calls daily. If you don't answer they call back to back up to 3 - 4 times. They do not leave voice mail. If you try to call back with blocked number, their line sounds busy all the time. yes clearly harassment call police , and phone co. make a formal complent with police , then call phone co. and give them report number , they can prosecute
