Shows as "out of area" on caller i.d. When I picked up there was a pause. I asked "Who are you calling?"
Response: "I'm calling to speak to the person who's in charge of the electricity bill"
Someone from this number calls my business line on a regular basis. Caller I.D. shows "Out of the area". When my answering machine picks up the caller hangs up and no message is left. This together with numerous other non productive calls are a nuisance to running a business.
Shows as "unknown name." When I answer, series of clicks -- solicitor. Asks me who is in charge of the Pepco bill. I say we don't have Pepco. He then says, oh, do you have BGE? I say I'm not interested and hang up.
