This stupid company somehow gets past the "no call" block and uses up our paper and ink in the middle of night and wakes us up.  It is infuriating and would cause me to never give them a chance to figure insurance for us!!!

Turn off your fax machine overnight.  It may not stop all the junk but it will stop the midnight faxes.

That won't stop your phone from ringing and waking everyone in the house up

I keep getting faxes in the middle of the night from this number 301 263 7797, advertising some health insurance. I sent them a fax and expressed my interest in their ad, but nobody called me back. I did it, to find out who's behind these ads. I think it is a scam!
