Said I owe $1928.00 for back taxes and was to keep them on hold while I drove to the bank to get the money. Then they would tell me what to do and where to go to purchase federal bonds and submit to them. I told them that I wanted to appeal the process and they said that I will be arrested in the next hour. Oh and I cannot discuss this with anyone until after I pay the money.
