This is a scam. They will tell you that they can reduce your credit card interest rate. Of course, what they don't tell you is that they will charge you several hundred dollars to reduce it a percent or two.
Answered. There was an automated message about them making several attempts to contact me about lowering my credit card bill (They never gave a company name). Message said to press 1 to speak to customer service or press 2 and my chance to lower my rates will expire. I pressed 2....twice. The message only repeats. So I pressed 1. Someone came on the line saying "card services" (again...never giving a company name). I told him I'd like for them to remove my number from their call list. He hung up the phone in my face. IT'S A SCAM!!! DO NOT ANSWER. DO NOT GIVE YOUR CARD INFORMATION.
