I live in MD. This number called me and I was unsure on who it might be so I didn't answer figuring that someone would leave a voicemail. Instead it rang 3 times and they hung up.
Got a call from this unknown caller, I didn't answer.

For the rest of people on here, I used to get calls from a number in Arizona with the directory extension 555 1212. I went to FCC.gov, filed a report and the calls stopped immediately. I believe they followed up and asked me for a call Log.
It is possible to catch these shady people 1 spammer at a time.
I got a call from this number and they said that I filled out a survey for job opportunities. I said I did not and was very suspicious. I asked what was the name listed on the survey since it wasn't me. He wouldn't answer me and I said I wasn't interested. I hung up.
Just an FYI.. The number I got was 301-276-5908, and their are several other numbers with 301-276 Prefix all calling from the Bethesda, Waldorf, and surrouding MD area's. Point is when you see that 301-276 -#### number come up on your cell or home number,it is more than likely one of the same type of companys, Funny how they seem to all start with "W" and they all insist that we have filled out something somewhere that they cant verify. Below in the post re: 301-276-5908 calls just in case you start getting those calls as well. Hope the heads up helps save you from a little frustration...
Same old same old.. Surveys (you never fill out) won gift cards (you prob will never get) etc etc.. I have just started not answering.. They always call cell at terrible times as well. Same as some of the posts above, a woman caller, rude, and insistant on the fact that "we" initiated these calls by filling out a survey. Now, we all know better, however if you do see this number come up, you know what to expect, and I have tried to get off their list by calling back and hitting #2, they still have called back. Just an FYI, so friendly advice... Just Ignore the call on your phone, silence it, mute it, send it to VM.. just so you dont have to go thru the frustration of , "oh yes you did" calls from the oh so sweet lady on the other end of the phone.. ;) Good Luck to us all.
