Got a phone call from this number. The caller left no voice message.

Called and left no message. I don't know anyone there. Not answering unknown calls.

Seems to be calling multiple random numbers at once. Unknown phone owner. If call is not answered, may or may not leave message. In my case, I heard "Hey, (my name -- which is creepy that they know it)." The rest of the voicemail was jittery and static, so I couldn't make it out.
