Just got call from this number 301-297-4101 and i answered. They asked for me by my full name. All i said was how can i help you? The guy hung up. When i dialed back the number recording said this number not in service.

This number is a scam.  The person had very broken English, unaudiable trying to obtain personal information trying to lower interest rates....definitely a scammer,
