Why there is no voice mail message left, no text message sent, but I still get calls from this number?

They call me all the time.  I've asked to be removed from the list but no such luck so far.

Called me Multiple times with no message. I called the number and it does not even ring.

This person caled and didn't talk on the line.  Caller ID name was V62413472600077
