I got a call from 301 298-1399; caller ID said "unknown," so I let it go to my voicemail. No message left. After checking this website, I decided to call the number. A very polite guy answered, said he was a compensated fund-raiser for "Children's Cancer Dream Network," and I said I don't do telephone solicitations. He said he understood and seemed polite.

This number has been calling for several weeks now. Finally picked up the phone. They asked if this was Jane (asking by first name). I said she's not here, can I take a message. He said "Is this....(obviously looking for a name of some sort), and then hung up.

I hope they, and their whole families, die long slow painful deaths

Called today at 9:45 am, left no message. Said Upper Marlboro MD on the caller ID. Curses on them!
