I hear ya, 9 of 10 calls are for creditors for the former owner of the number, which was given up in April of '12. I cannot block these #'s just put them on silent which means I have to add them to my address bool, which now has 6x more spammers than ppl I actually know!
If I had to pay $30-40/month for a mobile phone, I'd NEVER have one... thanks Telco industry for allowing this & our Government for not cracking down on these crooks!
Robo call for student loan relief. I've never had any student loans. I hit the number indicated to speak to a person and got an answering machine. I started singing the National Anthem very loudly with my dog doing back up. (I couldn't find my whistle)
