The same thing happened 2 me and this is not the only # that calls me and its the exact same situation. I believe that its an app that ppl r using on their phone 2 place calls.
Phone will ring 2x's then cut off. Apparently, this is a "one way" number, you cannot call the number back.
Very annoying, will keep calling several times before giving up. Don't know who is calling.
