This scammer called almost immediately after the call I just got (and ignored both) about election surveys. The survey call is one of the new YES SCAM calls, but I am wondering if these two are related, even though they are different CIDs, because they called so close to each other. The bottom line is, don't answer either call.
You might be right. We got a call from 505-730-4816. Looked it up and it had a name connected to it, so called the person back. A sleepy person answered said it must have been a mistake because the number was so close to ours. We just said ok (not believing them) and hung up, etc...Then got a call from 301-298-7311 and then 360-226-0356.
So it seems they use different numbers to call the same people. We never answer calls from unknown callers and almost never call them back unless we have checked the number first.
This number called the office. It turned out to be a new number and new caller ID name for Heather the robocaller and her calls for the "Dealer Processing Department."
Two days ago, we received the same call from a different number (http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-559-543-8008) and caller ID name (V CALL).
