Every single time I get a call - allegedly from 301 306-____(any 4 numbers) It's some kind of scam. 2 weeks ago it was "reverse mortgages", then the "duct cleaning" scam, then "free" solar !! Today, the conversation went exactly like this:
M = me
S= scammer
M; Hello
S: stunned silence ( I guess he recognized my voice)
M: WHAT'S THE SCAM THIS TIME?
S: Click
Dial tone
In this case, "dial tone" sounds like an admission of guilt !!
