I have gotten at least 10 calls from this number. Each time we have answered and they ask for me. When I tell them I am who they are looking for they say they are doing a survery for the FDA and ask if there is anyone else at my home who is over 18 then they say they will call back. This just happened again at 8:40pm and I asked why do they keep calling us. I was then hung up on.
What is this and if they want to do a survey why don't they just do it?

I am on call #32 from this 301-315-5901. Their voicemails say that they are calling on behalf of the Minnesota (my state) Department of Health and that they are interested in tobacco usage information... they then say that they are NOT seeking money... and that they will call me back in a few days... and .. THEY DO!
i get these calls on home and business phones. when i asked to be removed when i answered my home phone she was rude and hung up. i called this number to get my business number removed. she didn't sound professional but claimed she removed it. westat rese.
