Yes, I got one saying that my bill can be reduced and asking for my account number. I was cautious and said I would call them back. when I called back, it is a number not in service.
Same here. I could barely understand her, and I was at a crowded restaurant. When I said I would step outside to hear her better, she hung up. I then called Washington Gas, and they said they don't have any discount programs and it wasn't them.
Same Here. Have been called several times by this number and you can hear breathing on the phone but no one actually says anything. Am reporting this number.
This is SmartOne energy - they are offering a change of Gas Supply provider (not Gas Delivery, which is what you use Washington Gas for). With deregulation of power companies, you now have the option to change the supply portion of your electric and gas bills. We did this for our power bill - Pepco vs. Constellation energy. I didn't trust the guy on the phone, he couldn't give me good details. When I asked for him to send an information pamphlet he hung up. Seems a little sketchy
