Unwanted phone calls 2x in three-hour window. Tracked and found as "land line Verizon" but when dialed, get "not in service" automated message.

It's the military hospital automated appointment verification line...answer it for your own good.

Got a call on 9/22/08, no message, tried to call back-out of service.

I think it is Bethesda Naval Medical Center

The number called my phone and hung up.  I called back and it says that is out of service.
