Suspect this call is linked to (240) 582-1393 IRS Scam. I blocked the 240# yesterday and today I got a new call from 301# in the same type of way, called several times back to back and on the 3rd call a woman with an accent asked for the person by name and I told them to remove my number and not call me again and hung up, they have not called back since.
