i pick the phone and no one answers, then they hang up. The number shows up on caller id as upper marlboro, MD. if they continue then i will contact the FCC and report this number.

Some company called about the power bill asking to get power bill information and threatening to increase power bill.

This same number has called so many times now - 5 times a day and then there is no one on the line. Very frustrating.

I've received multiple calls from this number.  They never leave a message.  Today someone actually talked to me.  She claimed she worked for the electric company and said they sent information about a month ago with my bill.  They wanted to provided their customers with factual information about other electric companies trying to get my business and that will actually result in higher electric bills.  I specifically asked her if she worked for PEPCO and she said she did.  It still was very suspicious.
