I received a threatening call from this number, and it was a computer generated voice that said "this is a second attempt from the IRS criminal investigation office regarding your unpaid tax criminal activity. Call us back immediately to prevent future legal actions such as federal court and grand jury proceeding and jail time". Confirmed with IRS that this is a scam as they send only mailed notices.
