Called Machine Voice Say that Its from the IRS. Look up number its not direct from IRS threaten you call back this number!!

This is not from IRS. I called and found out it was fake. But they are very good.
IRS never call they send you mail first!!

Caller claims to be IRS agent. Threatening criminal acion

Just got a call from 301-358-0939 & let machine answer.  (Caller ID shows Maryland.)  Computer voice 'SAID' to call the number back before IRS takes action.....DO NOT call them back!  IRS does not make calls like this, they'll always mail you something.

We got a call from 301-358-0939 "John" who claimed to be the IRS alerting us that we were to be audited and that we should expect all the documentation to arrive in the mail. When we questioned whether he was really an IRS agent he became furious and threatened us. We have reported the scam to the FTC (https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/#crnt&panel1-1 click "other" then "imposter scams") and we suggest you do the same. The more reports the FTC gets about this guy, the better.
